Great news:

Today, our Kickstarter campaign for Antebellum was named a 'STAFF PICK' by the Kickstarter team itself!  So incredible to be singled out amongst so many other inspirational projects, and to be the sole project featured on the Kickstarter homepage. 

In preparation for the New Orleans premiere of Antebellum, the NYC cast recently completed a rehearsal intensive in Toronto to finalize the vocal musical elements of the production.  The show is complete!

We have some amazing news that just came in, in the form of our first big press mention.  GOGOL ANNEX's Antebellum has been featured on the national theatre website BROADWAY WORLD! Check out the spotlight:

Exciting news!
Another one of the new plays currently in development by GOGOL ANNEX was just invited to premiere in NYC in January 2014.  Alva & Co. will premiere in January 2014 at the Metropolitan Playhouse, as part of the 2014 Gilded Age Festival.

Alva & Co. is an immersive theatre experience that explores the diabolical social ambition and ultimate rebellion of a Vanderbilt heiress and her mother in the dazzling spectacle of the Gilded Age in New York City.
Embracing the shrewd and diabolical ambition that is emblematic of the era, Alva & Co. is a biographical portrait of self-reinvention in the Gilded Age. The immersive theatre experience explores the diabolical social ambition and ultimate rebellion of the era through the historical theatrical device of the tableau vivant.
